NEC MEN’S LACROSSE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Aidan Zuhoski, LIU
Jr., M, Riverhead, NY/St. Anthony's

Zuhoski had a sensational day in front of goal for LIU when they needed him most. The junior registered five points on four goals and an assist in LIU's 9-7 win over Detroit Mercy on Saturday, helping the Sharks remain unbeaten in conference play. Zuhoski's stepped up big time in the second half, contributing to all three LIU goals. With 8:59 remaining in the fourth quarter with the score tied at seven following a 4-1 Detroit Mercy run, Zuhoski netted his fourth goal of the game to give LIU the lead for good. Just 38 seconds later, the Riverhead, NY native assisted on teammate Ben McIsaac's goal to put the Sharks up 9-7. LIU would hold that two-goal lead through to the final whistle, securing its fifth consecutive win and improving to 3-0 in the NEC. Zuhoski, who became the third LIU player to win NEC Player of the Week honors, following Cameron Connolly and McIsaac, ranks second in the conference with 3.63 points per game.

NEC MEN’S LACROSSE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Angus Snow, Wagner
Jr., G, Victoria, British Columbia/Claremont Secondary

Snow was outstanding between the pipes for Wagner in a narrow 7-6 overtime win over Mercyhurst on Saturday. The junior made a career-high 20 saves, maintained a .769 save percentage, picked up three ground balls and caused a turnover in the Seahawk victory. Snow displayed some crunch-time heroics for Wagner, locking down Mercyhurst for the final 9:52 of the contest and making eight saves over the course of the fourth quarter and overtime. The save of the day for Snow came just seconds before the Wagner winner. He turned away a Mercyhurst shot and immediately cleared the ball, sparking the Wagner counter attack that produced the winning goal. Snow, who currently sits third in the league in save percentage (.540), earned his second NEC Defensive Player of the Week accolade.

NEC MEN’S LACROSSE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Dyaln Anderson, Robert Morris
Fr., A, Victoria, British Columbia/Royal Bay Academy

Anderson earned his fourth NEC Rookie of the Week nod in eight weeks after tallying five points in Robert Morris' resounding 19-4 win over Le Moyne. The Victoria, British Columbia product scored four goals and assisted once, leading the 19-goal onslaught by the Colonials. Anderson ranks third in the NEC in points (31) and is tied for third in goals (22). He has played a sizable role in Robert Morris' 3-0 start to conference play and seven-game winning streak.
