NEC MEN'S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
Ben McLaughlin, Wagner

McLaughlin collected his first NEC Swimmer of the Week award after a trio of top four finishes against Binghamton. The sophomore placed second in the 500 free, third in the 200 free and fourth in the 1000 free. His 9:52.64 result in the 1000 marked the fourth fastest time in the conference this season.

NEC MEN'S DIVER OF THE WEEK
Zion Wilson, Howard
So., San Antonio, TX
Wilson earned the NEC Diver of the Week award for the second time after posting a runner up finish against Catholic University. The San Antonio, TX native scored 247.0 points on the 1-meter board in a field of seven divers.

NEC MEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Ayrton Moncur, Howard
Fr., Nassau, Bahamas
Moncur won his second NEC Rookie of the Week honor in three weeks after registering three podium finishes against Catholic University. The freshman finished second in both the 100 fly and 100 breast. Moncur's best performance of the day was a third place finish in the 100 IM, clocking in at 54.37. That mark is good for fifth in the NEC this season.

NEC WOMEN'S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
Mia Goodale, Wagner
So., Waterlooville, England/Kings School
Goodale pieced together an impressive week to claim her fourth NEC Swimmer of the Week accolade. She picked up two wins and an additional top three finish against Binghamton. Goodale clocked a 1:53.22 in the 200 free and a 5:06.73 in the 500 free, placing her third in the league for both events. The Waterlooville, England product also finished third in the 50 free. Goodale has now moved into a tie for the most NEC Swimmer of the Week awards this season.

NEC WOMEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Fr., Ratingen, Germany/Theodor-Fliedner Gymnasium
Niederste-Hollenberg grabbed her first NEC Rookie of the Week nod following a pair of runner-up finishes against Wagner. She contributed second place finishes in the 50 free and 100 free.

• Placed second in the 200 back with a time of 1:54.96, good for sixth in the NEC this season.
• Finished as the runner-up in the 200 IM (1:58.47).
• Came in 5th in the 100 back.

Russell Gavino, Sr., Wagner

• vs. Binghamton
• Registered a second place finish in the 200 breast with a 2:05.61 result, good for fourth in the league.
• Placed third in the 200 fly (1:55.86) and 200 IM (2:00.33). His 200 fly time ranks ninth in the NEC.

NEC WOMEN'S PRIME PERFORMERS

Zuilda Nwaeze, Sr., Howard

• vs. Catholic University
• Won the 100 breast with a 1:08.24 mark.
• Claimed victory in the 100 IM with a final time of 1:00.43, good for fifth in the NEC this season.
• Aided her 200 medley relay team in a win as the leadoff leg, posting a 27.21 split.

Brooke Woolfe, Jr., Wagner

• vs. Binghamton
• Recorded runner-up results in the 200 breast (2:24.55) and the 200 IM (2:10.45). Those times are good for sixth and 10th in the conference respectively.
• Finished fifth in the 200 free.
