NEC WOMEN'S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
Chanice Posada, Howard
Jr., Houston, TX
Posada's performances over the last two weeks against Mount St. Mary's and at the H2ounds Invitational earned the junior her second NEC Swimmer of the Week nod. She posted NEC-best and CSCAA B qualifying times in the 100 and 200 back. Posada clocked a 54.51 in the 100 back as the leadoff leg of Howard's winning 400 medley relay team and placed second in the 200 back at the H2ounds Invitational with a time of 2:00.34. The Houston, TX native also came in third overall in the 100 fly at that meet with a final time of 55.69, good for third in the league this season. Against Mount St. Mary's on November 14, Posada won the short course 50 and 100 back events.
NEC WOMEN'S DIVER OF THE WEEK

Jr., Richmond, VA
Wilson claimed her first NEC Diver of the Week award this season after a sixth place finish on the 1-meter board at the H2ounds Invitational. The junior scored a 202.10 on her dives.
NEC WOMEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Zenya Posada, Howard
Fr., Norwalk, CT
Posada posted a CSCAA A qualifying time for the 50 back at the H2ounds Invitational over the weekend. Posada guided the 200 medley relay team to a second place showing with a 25.27 leadoff leg. The rookie recorded a seventh place finish in the 200 free at the meet, clocking in at 1:54.00, good for third-best in the conference so far this year. In the 50 free, she finished 19th overall after registering a 23.98, the fifth-fastest time in the NEC this season. Posada also aided her 400 free relay squad to victory with a 51.88 showing from the third leg.
NEC MEN'S CO-SWIMMERS OF THE WEEK
Mason Green, Howard
Jr., Fort Lauderdale, FL
Green comes off an impressive two weeks to earn his first NEC Swimmer of the Week award of the year. The Fort Lauderdale, FL product registered an NEC-best and CSCAA A qualifying time of 22.00 in the 50 fly. In the 100 fly, Green posted another league-best result with a 48.12, a CSCAA B qualifying mark. The junior also registered a CSCAA B qualifying time in the 200 fly, touching the wall at 1:50.59. That time is the second-fastest in the league this season. Green swam a 20.74 in the 50 free to put himself atop the conference charts this season. Against Mount St. Mary's, he won the short course 50 and 100 fly.
Lucas Clay, Le Moyne

Clay earned his second consecutive and third overall NEC Swimmer of the Week accolade with a number of NEC-best and CSCAA qualifying results at the Magnus Cup Invitational last weekend. The sophomore compiled four top-four finishes at the meet, finishing third in the 50 breast (24.94), and fourth in the 100 (54.38) and 200 (2:00.81) breast events. Clay's 50 breast performance was a CSCAA A qualifying mark, while his 100 and 200 breast times were CSCAA B caliber. The latter two results were school records.
NEC MEN'S CO-DIVERS OF THE WEEK

Craig claims his first-ever NEC Weekly Award off the back of quality showings on the 1-meter board. Against Mount St. Mary's, the freshman posted a 197.85 score. He improved upon that number at the H2ounds Invitatioal with a 222.80. Both dives were runner-up performances.
Adam Kaszovitz, Le Moyne
Jr., Hicksville, NY/Hicksville
Kaszovitz claimed his second NEC Diver of the Week award following a pair of eighth place finishes in competitive fields at the Magnus Cup Invitational. The junior scored a 230.05 on the 1-meter board and a 191.05 on the 3-meter board.
NEC MEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Goins has earned back-to-back NEC Rookie of the Week recognition for the second time this season after registering CSCAA B qualifying times in the 200 fly and 400 IM at the H2ounds Invitational. His 1:50.24 mark in the 200 fly was a conference-best result, while his 400 IM time rank second. Goins also finished as the runner-up in the short course 400 free and third in the short course 200 IM against Mount St. Mary's.

- Placed ninth in the 100 back with a time of 56.32, the third fastest result in the league this season.
- Finished 11th in the 200 back, touching the wall at 2:03.37. That time is second-best in the NEC.
Sara Turner, Sr., Saint Francis
- at TYR 85' Invitational.
- Came in third in the 400 IM with an NEC-best time of 4:26.06.
- Managed a ninth place finish in the 200 IM with a final mark of 2:03.24, the league's best time in that event.
- Posted an eighth place result in the 100 breast, clocking in at 1:06.51.
Taylor Weth, So., Saint Francis
- at TYR 85' Invitational.
- Finished seventh in the 200 breast with an NEC-best time of 2:22.18.
- Placed fifth in the 100 breast, touching the wall at 1:03.54. That result puts her third in the league this year.
- Clocked in at 2:07.60 in the 200 IM, putting her 3rd in the NEC this season and 13th overall at the meet.
Grace Idowu, Jr., Stonehill
- at Harold Anderson Invitational.
- Posted a 57.70 100 back time to finish 10th overall. She put herself in fourth on the NEC leaderboard for that event.
- Set new school records in her legs of the 200 (23.96) and 400 free relays (24.79).
Mia Goodale, So., Wagner
- at Harold Anderson Invitational.
- Registered an NEC-best time of 4:55.57 in the 500 free for a second place finish at the meet.
- Jumped to second place on the conference charts in the 100 and 200 free. The sophomore clocked a 50.79 in the 100 free and a 1:50.78 in the 200 free.
Gaya Savran, So., Wagner
- at Harold Anderson Invitational.
- Placed fifth in the 200 fly with CSCAA B qualifying mark of 2:04.07, a result that was good for first in the league.
- Finished with an NEC-best mark of 55.50 in the 100 fly for a second place finish.
- Swam a 2:05.82 in the 200 back, placing her fourth on the conference leaderboard.
