Clay earned his second consecutive and third overall NEC Swimmer of the Week accolade with multimedia NEC-best and CSCAA qualifying results at the Magnus Cup Invitational last weekend. The sophomore compiled four top-four finishes at the meet, finishing third in the 50 breast (24.94), and fourth in the 100 (54.38) and 200 (2:00.81) breast events. Clay's 50 breast performance was a CSCAA A qualifying mark, while his 100 and 200 breast times were CSCAA B caliber. The latter two results were school records.
