NEC BOWLER OF THE WEEK
Maribeth Baker, Duquesne

Baker was a standout performer at the Colonial Lanes Classic, a meet that featured the top-nine NTCA ranked teams in the country. The junior finished second overall in a competitive 100-bowler field, averaging 223.80 in traditional play. Baker bowled an impressive 247 in No. 12 Duquesne's 1045-1003 win over No. 7 North Carolina A&T. She also performed well in Duquesne's narrow 941-928 loss to No. 6 Arkansas State, registering a 233. Baker compiled a total pinfall of 1,119 and set season-highs in frame average (22.38), fill percentage (94) and first ball average (9.14). In Baker play, the York, PA native compiled a 20.95 frame average and 80 fill percentage.
 
NEC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Jazmyn Scott, Duquesne
Fr., Urbana, OH/Urbana

Scott ended the Colonial Lanes Classic with a 34th place finish in a deep field of top bowlers. The rookie posted a 194.60 traditional average and 973 total pinfall. Scott compiled a fill percentage of 92 percent and an 8.94 frame average in traditional play, as well as an 82.5 fill percentage and 8.86 first ball average in Baker. Her top performances came against two of the nation's best teams. Scott bowled a 214 against No. 6 Arkansas State and a 201 vs. No. 3 Vanderbilt.

16th place at Colonial Lanes Classic, 206.80 traditional average, traditional total pinfall of 1,034, set a new career-high of 226 in a win vs. Prairie View A&M.

Emily Fogarty, FDU (Sr.)
Fifth place at Garden State Classic, 206.67 average in traditional play, traditional total pinfall of 1,240. bowled a 226 against Felician and 236 vs. Bowie State.

Jadeyn Mabry, FDU (So.)
Runner-up at Garden State Classic, 224.17 traditional average, traditional total pinfall of 1,345, bowled a 267 vs. LIU and 288 against Adelphi, led FDU to a second-place tie at 8-4.

Kailyn Bloch, MONM (So.)
12th place at Garden State Classic, 192.50 traditional average, total pinfall of 1,155 in traditional, three games of 200+ pins, recorded a team-best game of 246, led Monmouth to a fifth place team finish at 7-5.

Desire Villalobos, MONM (Gr.)
14th place at Garden State Classic, 191.00 traditional average, total pinfall of 1,146 in traditional, two games of 200+ pins.

Kate Ackerman, NIAG (So.)
First in total pinfall at Hilbert Hammer Classic, 201.20 traditional average, 21.70 frame average in Baker, 1,006 total pinfall, named tournament MVP, best game of 234 was the fifth-best individual game at the tournament, named to the All-Tournament Team.
