FDU’s Johnathan Gomez (Coral Springs, FL/Calvary Christian Academy) and Hunter Ray (Woodbine, NJ/Lower Cape May Regional) were both selected to the East All-Region First Team, while Wagner’s Lukas Torres (Barnegat, NJ/Barnegat) was tabbed to the Northeast All-Region Second Team.

All three student-athletes were also NEC first team all-stars this season. Additionally, Ray won the NEC Player of the Year award along with both him and Gomez earning spots on the 2026 All-Tournament Team. Torres was also named the NEC Male Student-Athlete of the Year last week.

Ray, a 2026 All-NEC first team selection, led the NEC in slugging percentage (.809), OPS (1.276), RBIs (81), home runs (32) and at bats (235). His 32 homers and 81 RBIs both set NEC single season records along with FDU program records. He also set the Knights’ program record for total bases (128). Ray ranks second in the country for homers and home runs per game (0.58), while sitting at fifth for RBIs and third for RBIs per game (1.47).
