Augusta, NJ -- The NEC Baseball Championship will have a new home in 2026 as the league’s four-team tournament will be hosted at Skylands Stadium in Augusta, NJ, the home of the Sussex County Miners from the Fronteir League, from May 20-24, 2026, marking the first time a NCAA Division I postseason tournament will be played at the stadium and in Sussex County.

For the first time in 13 years, the NEC’s annual baseball championship returns to the Garden State after eight-year and three-year stints in Norwich, CT and Wappingers Falls, NY, respectively.

The top four teams in the conference standings will qualify for the multi-day tournament with a NEC title and the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament on the line.

“We are excited to bring the NEC Baseball Championship to Skylands Stadium,” said NEC Commissioner Noreen Morris. “The venue provides an outstanding environment for our student-athletes to compete for a championship and for our fans to enjoy Division I postseason baseball in a first-class setting. We look forward to working closely with the Skylands Stadium team to deliver a memorable championship experience.”

Skylands Stadium also expressed enthusiasm about the partnership as this milestone further establishes site as a premier venue for high-level baseball competition in New Jersey and the surrounding region.

• $30 — Four-day all-session general admission
• $10 — Single-day general admission
• $5 — Seniors (65+) and children (12 and under)
• Free — NEC students with valid ID
