Bridgewater, NJ -- The 2025 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division I All-Region Teams have been announced with two NEC baseball student-athletes landing on the Northeast All-Region Second Team.

The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. I All-America & Coach of the Year Committee.

A pair of All-NEC standouts earned All-Region honors with Central Connecticut’s Aidan Redahan (Greenwich, CT/Brunswick School) and Stonehill’s Aidan Cohall (Bronx, NY/Walter Panas (St. John’s)) both making the list.

Redahan earned the honor after garnering NEC Player of the Year accolades. The senior second baseman leads the nation in batting average (.455) and hits per game (1.90). Redahan also ranks 10th nationally in RBIs per game (1.44) and 12th in hits (91). Additionally, the Greenwich, CT native led the NEC in batting average, on-base percentage (.511), OPS (1.206), hits and RBIs (69). Redahan was also a three-time NEC Player of the Week award winner. The Blue Devils’ season culminated with their ninth conference tournament title and NCAA Regional appearance in program history.

After completing a historic season for the Skyhawks, Cohall became the first Stonehill player to be tabbed to an ABCA All-Region squad. The junior designated hitter and first team All-NEC honoree slugged .702 and cracked 19 doubles, which were both league-bests. The Bronx, NY native also posted the second-best OPS (1.132) and third-best BA (.365) in the conference. Cohall was named NEC Player of the Week on April 29. Stonehill made its first NEC Tournament appearance after winning 20+ games for the first time in its DI era.

For the 28th consecutive year, the American Baseball Coaches Association and Rawlings Sporting Goods have proudly partnered to honor the ABCA/Rawlings All-Region, All-America and Gold Glove Teams in every division, as well as the National Pitchers and Position Players of the Year.

The ABCA All-America team was first recognized in 1949 and now includes nine divisions: NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA, NJCAA Divisions I, II and III, Pacific Association Division, and high school. ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove teams were first recognized at the collegiate and high school levels in 2007.
