Roosevelt is named NEC Rookie of the Week after averaging 10.8 kills and 9.5 digs per match in helping St. Francis (PA) capture the La Salle Invitational title last weekend. She tallied 43 kills, 38 digs, six service aces, two assists and one block in a 3-1 showing for the Red Flash. In her collegiate debut in a win over Rider, Roosevelt recorded 12 digs, nine kills, three service aces and one assist. She then went on to tally nine kills, nine digs and two aces in the teams only loss of the weekend to Lafayette. In victories over Morgan State and La Salle, Roosevelt posted 14 kills, five digs and one ace against Morgan St. and closed the tournament with a double-double (11 kills & 12 digs) versus host La Salle.
