Last Week’s Stats: 3.00 blocks per set
Ginley put up nine blocks, the most by an NEC player in a three-set match this season, in Central Connecticut’s lone match of the week against Bryant on Tuesday. In addition, her nine rejections were tied for the second-most in the nation in a three-set match last week, and one shy of Miami (OH) middle blocker Lydia Michelin, who put up 10 blocks in three sets against Bowling Green. Ginley is the first Blue Devil to earn a weekly award from the NEC this season. She enters league play ranked ninth in the NEC with 0.74 blocks per set.
