Claiming his fourth NEC Field Athlete of the Week award and second in as many weeks, Ruffin matched his personal record in the high jump at the Penn Relays over the weekend. The sophomore jumper cleared 2.17m to match his season-best that is already at the top of the conference rankings, while ranking tied for 11th among all NCAA Division I jumpers. His four NEC Field Athlete of the Week accolades are the most by a FDU athlete since 202 when Salif Mane earned the honor three times. This is also his sixth career weekly award on the outdoor circuit.
