Mason shined at the Rutgers Relays by putting together a bronze medal finish in the long jump. The junior leaped a personal-best 7.59m to give him the best distance in the conference so far this season. His jump also ranks 48th nationally. This marks Mason’s first career NEC Field Athlete of the Week award on the outdoor circuit. He previously won three NEC Rookie of the Week awards during his freshman season.
