Lockwood’s explosive scoring last week launched the redshirt junior to the top of the NEC scoring charts and to her second NEC Player of the Week award of the young 2026 campaign. The hometown product from Syracuse racked up 10 points during a two-game stretch to lead Le Moyne to two road wins at Binghamton on Wednesday and Manhattan on Saturday. With the triumphs, the red-hot Dolphins improved to 4-1 against non-conference competitors, a mark that is currently the best record in the NEC. Lockwood, who combined for 11 goals in the first three games of the year behind an eight-score outing at Presbyterian on Opening Day, began the week by pouring in six points against the Bearcats. The attacker registered one goal in each of the game’s four quarters with her fourth – and final — score at the 11:29 mark giving her team a 9-8 edge in the eventual 11-10 victory. On Saturday, Lockwood, who delivered another four-goal performance, helped the Dolphins secure the 16-10 win against the Jaspers. Two of her goals came as part of a 7-0 Le Moyne run that extended an 8-5 lead to double digits with 9:28 left to play. Lockwood enters the week ranked first in the NEC in goals (19), goals per game (3.80) and points (22), while her 4.40 points per game are good for second.
