Moncur wins his second NEC Rookie of the Week honor in three weeks after registering three podium finishes against Catholic University. The freshman finished second in both the 100 fly and 100 breast. Moncur's best performance of the day was a third place finish in the 100 IM, clocking in at 54.37.
