Baylor-Reeves made some noise at the NYC Gotham Cup and Wagner Invitational last week with impressive performances in the throws. The, now, two-time NEC Rookie of the Week won the shot put at both meets over the weekend as she tossed a personal record and NEC-best of 14.04m at the NYC Gotham Cup while also going for 13.79m at the Wagner Invitational. She added a silver medal finish in the weight throw with a career-best 15.92m mark at the NYC Gotham Cup, which is fourth on the league’s performance list. Baylor-Reeves also tossed a 15.91m to finish fourth in the weight throw at the Wagner-hosted meet.
