Rodriguez Poulsen registered three NEC-best times and broke two school records last week to earn his second NEC Men's Rookie of the Week. The freshman picked up wins in the 100 and 200 free, posting a school-record and NEC-best mark of 44.19 in the 100 free and a conference-best time of 1:38.64 in the 200 free. Rodriguez Poulsen also finished fourth in the 50 free with a 20.41 time, the best in the league this year. He was a member of the 400 and 800 free relay teams that won their respective races, and was a member of the 200 free relay team that placed third.
