Drysdale was a standout performer in LIU's sixth place finish at the ECAC Championships. The sophomore finished in the top four in every event he competed in and won four of them. Drysdale won the 500 free and 1650 free with NEC-best times of 4:24.79 and 15:24.37 respectively. The latter time was both a meet and LIU program record. Drysdale's 200 free mark of 1:39.13 was good for fourth at the ECAC Championships and second in the NEC this season. The Perth, Scotland native was also a member of LIU's victorious 400 and 800 free relay teams. The 800 free relay squad clocked a program record time of 6:38.13.
