Leading FDU to a 2-0 week, Renninger was an offensive force in both games for the Knights. The reigning NEC Rookie of the Year averaged 19.0 points per game along with dishing out 5.5 assists per contest and grabbing 4.5 rebounds per game. In Tuesday’s 71-43 win at 6-1 NJIT, Renninger netted 20 points with 12 of them coming in the third quarter helping the Knights extend their lead. The sophomore guard added 18 points in the Knights’ 13-point home victory over Monmouth on Saturday, while dropping six dimes and hitting 4-8 from beyond the arc. She poured in eight points across the final 10 minutes against the Hawks to secure the win for the Knights, who remained perfect (3-0) at home. Renninger drained seven three-pointers last week and is tied for the league lead with 20 triples on the season. The Yardley, PA native also leads the conference with 5.4 apg and her 16.6 ppg scoring average ranks second. This marked Renninger's second NEC Player of the Week honor this season and fourth of her career.
