Week 11 Stats: 141 receiving yards, 7 receptions, 1 touchdown reception
Carter had himself a day for Robert Morris against visiting Wagner on Saturday. Entering the contest with 163 receiving yards, the redshirt freshman wide receiver nearly doubled that season total with 141 yards on seven catches. In addition, Carter caught his second touchdown of the season after he hauled in a seven-yard ball to tie the score up at 17-all with 5:45 left to play in the third. His 141 receiving yards were tied with Saint Francis’ DJ Maultsby for the most by an NEC rookie in a game this season. The Charlotte, NC native is the first Colonial to win NEC/Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office Rookie of the Week accolades since Robert Morris made its return to the conference for the 2024 campaign. He ranks second on the squad in receiving yards per game (30.40) and total receiving yards (304), while his 25 receptions are good for tops on the team.
