Hofmann is tied for third in the NEC with 11 goals, and ranks fourth in points (26) and points per game (1.53). Fairfield is 8-0 in NEC play, setting the stage for a battle with fellow unbeaten Saint Francis on Friday for the league’s regular season crown and the top seed in the upcoming conference tournament. Hofmann became the third Stag to earn NEC Offensive Player of the Week honors this season.
