Rahn did it all in front of the cage on the way to earning her second NEC Defensive Player of the Week award of the year. The grad student made a season-high nine saves during the Stags’ 2-1 win at Vermont with two of them coming in the final two minutes of the contest on Sunday. Rahn made an additional stop during Fairfield’s trip to Long Island on Friday afternoon during a 5-1 triumph against Hofstra. The 2023 NEC Goalkeeper of the Year ranks second in the NEC with a 1.44 GAA as she registered a .833 save percentage and 1.00 GAA last week. This is Rahn’s sixth career NEC Defensive Player of the Week honor.
