In Binghamton’s 4-3 conference victory against Le Moyne, Casadei clinched the match point at No. 2 singles to give the Bearcats their first NEC dual match win of the year. The senior defeated the Dolphins’ Charlotte Klein in a thrilling three-set contest (4-6, 7-5, 6-2). Paired with Clara Arbeloa Lopez, the duo went 2-0 from the first doubles court, beating Le Moyne’s Ella Fernando and Feriel Mahbouli, 7-6 (9-7), and Marist's Cloe Clements Sorde and Lola Ungerman, 6-2. Additionally, Casadei fell in a tightly contested solo match against 2024 MAAC Player of the Year Caterina Assi of the Red Foxes. Casadei became the first Bearcat to be named NEC Player of the Week since Binghamton joined the conference last season.
