In a 1-1 weekend for the Skyhawks, Shallcross went unbeaten to earn her second consecutive NEC Rookie of the Week honor. The freshman won both her singles matches from the No. 3 flight against Binghamton’s Caterina Casadei (2-6, 6-2, 6-2) and Le Moyne’s Ella Fernando (6-3, 3-6, 7-5). Paired with Arya Chabria, the duo won both their doubles matches on the No. 2 court against Binghamton’s Samantha Jaros and Kayla Castellano, 7-5, and Le Moyne’s Isabella Barona and Charlotte Klein, 6-2. Stonehill owns a 5-3 overall record and a 2-1 mark in league matches. Shallcross is 8-2 in singles play during her rookie campaign.
