Zuba won a pair of singles matches in a 1-1 week for the preseason favorite Red Flash. En route to a 6-1 victory over Niagara, the reigning NEC Rookie of the Year defeated Isabel Garcia in straight sets (6-4, 6-4) in the top flight while adding a 6-2 victory at No. 1 doubles alongside Dasha Chichkina against Niagara’s Saloni Tamang and Mercedes Velasco. In a 4-3 setback against Dayton, Zuba won a tightly contested singles match against All-Atlantic 10 second team honoree Natalie Osiecki (4-6, 6-3, 1-0 (10-4)).
