Trenado has continued an impressive run of form since her top-five finish at the 2024 NEC Cross Country Championship. The junior won the 3000m race at the Seahawk Shootout with a 9:54.89 mark. Her time ranks first among all NEC distance runners. This marks Trenado's first NEC weekly award since she earned a NEC Rookie of the Week nod during her debut campaign on January 24, 2023.
