Walters turned heads in her collegiate debut for Saint Francis U, which jumped out to a 4-1 start to the 2024 campaign at the Charleston Southern Kickoff Tournament. The local product from Bucks County, PA led the Red Flash with a sizzling .462 batting average (6-for-13) and a 1.050 OPS after she posted a .462 on-base percentage and a .588 slugging percentage. Scoring five times while driving in one run during that stretch, Walters, who drew four walks, was also a menace on the basepaths with five stolen bags in six attempts on the weekend. The infielder closed out the weekend by registering at least one hit in each of her final four games, including multi-hit outings against Charleston Southern on Saturday and Siena on Sunday. Against the Saints, Walters drove in the go-ahead run in the top of the seventh on a single down the left field line. She currently leads the NEC in runs and stolen bases.
