Lane cleared a height of 4.65m in the pole vault to earn a second-place finish at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic. His mark is tied for second among all NEC jumpers and earned himself a spot at the IC4A/ECAC meet. The senior jumper finished .15m behind the winnr of the event. This was Lane's third NEC Field Athlete of the Week honor this indoor season as he previously received the award on December 7, 2023 and January 9, 2024.
