Baker closed out Le Moyne’s first-ever Division I non-conference slate on a strong note with a pair of impressive performances against Pitt and Princeton. The two-time NEC Player of the Week honoree averaged 10.5 points and 9.0 rebounds per game during that stretch. Baker, a 5-foot-9 guard, opened the week by delivering her league-leading fifth double-double against the Panthers, tallying 13 points and 11 rebounds in the defeat on Thursday. It marked the seventh time this season that the Rochester, NY native corrals 10-or-more boards in a game. Three days later, Baker scored eight points and added seven rebounds in an 11-point defeat to Princeton, a team that made a run to the NCAA Tournament’s second round a year ago. Baker enters NEC play ranked first in the conference in rebounding (8.2 rpg) and seventh in scoring (11.0 ppg).
