In a dual meet against Siena, Pifarre won both of her events in a 176-86 victory. The junior from Balaguer, Spain swam the 1000-yard freestyle with a winning time of 10:35.59 ranking third overall in the NEC followed by another gold medal in the 500-yard freestyle clocking 5:07.61 which is the top time in the conference by more than four seconds. Pifarre was part of the 200-yard freestyle relay squad who placed third with a final time of 1:40.93.
