It was a strong month for the first-year player from SFU. Zuba won three out of four singles matches in October with wins against Buffalo, Binghamton and Wagner. Two of her victories came in dual matches and third at ITA Regionals. Alongside doubles partner Kelly Kadzinski, the duo posted a 1-1 record with their win coming against conference foe Binghamton. The freshman now has a 9-2 singles record during the fall season.
