Vincent scored four goals on her way to NEC Offensive Player of the Week and NEC Rookie of the Week honors for the second straight week. It’s also her third time receiving both awards this month. Vincent kicked off the scoring for the Stags in their 5-0 shutout win against Merrimack on Friday with a goal early in the second quarter. The freshman forward found the back of the cage again midway through the third quarter just 35 seconds after Carmel Van Dijk scored Fairfield’s second goal. In the Stags’ regular season finale, Vincent scored both goals in a 2-1 victory at Holy Cross on Sunday. She finished off a play that started in the midfield and Catalina Ness found her in the center circle to put Fairfield on the board with five minutes remaining in the first. Fairfield retook the lead in the 37th minute on Vincent's game-winner. The freshman from Brussels, Belgium registered eight points in two games last week. Vincent now has amassed a league-leading 30 points and 13 goals. She also checks in the top-25 nationally, ranking 17th in goals per game (0.76) and 21st in points per game (1.76).
