Conte anchored the Stonehill defense last week as she made two starts in goal during a 1-1 week. The junior goalkeeper posted a shutout on the road against Queens Charlotte, making two saves in Friday's 5-0 victory. It was Conte’s first career shutout and the first for the Skyhawks at the DI level. In Sunday’s 3-1 setback at Davidson, Conte made 13 saves, including five during a scoreless second quarter to keep Stonehill in the game. Her 13 saves mark the fourth time she has had double digit saves in a game and represented the second-highest game total for her this season. The 13 stops were also the fifth-most by an NEC goalkeeper this fall. Conte totaled 15 saves and posted a .833 save percentage last week. She currently ranks second in the league in saves per game (9.33) and third in save percentage (.706).
