Mane, a native of the Bronx, had an incredible performance in the triple jump at the Virginia Classic. The senior was the top finisher at the event, as he edged the next closest competitor by 0.01m with a jump of 16.54m. That mark, which is the best in the NEC, is also the fourth-best in the nation so far this season. This is Mane’s first NEC Field Athlete of the Award this season.
