Perry brought home three top-12 finishes and a pair of personal-best performances at the Holy Cross Invitational. The Rocky Hill, CT native was fifth in the discus with a PR of 42.07m, which is the second-best throw in the NEC this season. Also registering a PR in the hammer throw with a mark of 42.72m, which was good for 10th place, Perry placed 12th in the shot put with a mark of 10.39m. This is the freshman’s first NEC Rookie of the Week award.
