Fisher delivered another stellar offensive performance on Wednesday in Saint Francis U’s 17-11 win over St. Bonaventure. Converting on six of her eight shot attempts on the afternoon, the Duxbury, MA native led the Red Flash to their program-record 10th victory with their sixth straight win. An attacker, Fisher has now scored six goals in back-to-back contests, as she previously accomplished the feat last week against Central Connecticut. With seven hat tricks, including three-or-more goals in each of her last four contests, Fisher leads all NEC rookies and is third in the circuit in goals per game with 2.86. This is Fisher’s fifth NEC Rookie of the Week award this season, which ties Wagner’s Ally Alliegro for the most in a single season since 2004. She has taken home the honor in back-to-back weeks.
