Hurd continues to impress in the high jump this season. The sophomore landed her first NEC Co-Field Athlete of the Week award of the outdoor campaign after she cleared 1.70m to take top billing at the UMass Flagship Opener. With that height, which is an 0.08m improvement on her previous personal-best mark, she continues to hold down the top spot on the NEC performance list. Hurd also posted a PR in the 100m after she clocked in at 15.93, which was good for 17th place.
