Williams shaved two one-hundredths of a second off of his previous NEC-best time in the 110m hurdles at the Virginia Quadrangular this past weekend. The junior clocked in at 13.74 to take first place in the event with what is currently the 40th-fastest time in the nation. In addition to his stellar performance in the hurdles, Williams, a native of Voorhees, NJ, helped Saint Francis U to a second-place finish in the 4x100m (42.32) and a fourth-place showing in the 4x400m (3:45.53). This is his second consecutive NEC Track Athlete of the Week honor.
