McInaw poured on the offense and made major contributions on the defensive end of the field on Saturday to help lead FDU to the program’s first-ever Division I victory. The rookie midfielder/attacker racked up five points to propel the Knights past Howard in a 21-7 decision. Finding the back of the net four times while tacking on an assist for a season-best five points, McInaw added four caused turnovers, five ground balls and a career-high 11 draw controls to that count. The Kresgeville, PA native has put up multiple goals in all seven of her games this season, including three straight hat tricks against Hartford (5 goals), Stonehill (3) and Howard (4). Averaging 2.71 scores and 3.14 points per game, McInaw is ranked third and fifth in the conference, respectively. A regular on the NEC Prime Performer list, she becomes the first Knight to receive a weekly award from the NEC with her first-ever Rookie of the Week honor.
