Williams tore up the track once again in the 60m hurdles to garner NEC Track Athlete of the Week honors for the third consecutive week. Claiming his third win in the race in as many meets in record-breaking fashion at the Penn State National Open, the junior has improved upon his previous NEC-best times in each running. Clocking in at 7.84 at the Nittany Lion Challenge and 7.84 at the Gulden Invitational, he shaved one-tenth of a second off of his personal-best time after finishing in 7.74. Williams is currently ranked 17th in the nation in the event.
