Mane posted a trio of top-three finishes to lead FDU at the Wagner Invitational and earn NEC Field Athlete of the Week accolades for the first time this season. The junior highlighted his impressive weekend by winning the long jump by 0.41m with a leap of 7.42m. That mark, which ranks first on the NEC performance list by 0.28m, is also the 13th-best jump in NCAA Division I this season. Mane also turned in a pair of solid efforts on the track for the Knights this past weekend. Taking third in the 200m with a personal-best time of 22.22, he ran a leg of the 4x400m team that placed second after posting the fastest time in the conference this season (3:19.78). All three of Mane’s performances met the IC4A qualifying standards.
