Pryor claims at least a share of the NEC Rookie of the Week award for the fourth time in the past five weeks on Monday after she averaged 24.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 steals and 3.0 assists in 39.0 minutes per game. The Baltimore product put up 20 points in back-to-back games for the Pioneers, including a career-high 27 in the Pios’ win at crosstown rival Fairfield on Sunday. Netting double figures in all 10 games with a league-high four 20-plus point outings this season, Pryor is ranked second in the circuit in scoring with 16.7 points per game. That scoring average is the best by an NEC rookie since Saint Francis U’s Jessica Kovatch netted 20.9 per game in 2015-16.
