Shearman was named the NEC Track Athlete of the Week for the second time this season after winning the 200m at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational. The NEC’s top runner in the event, he improved upon his previous league-best mark of 21.22 after clocking in at 21.17. In addition, the graduate student’s 200m time is currently the 57th fastest in the nation.
