Lucas claimed her first NEC Rookie of the Week honor after setting an NEC season-best time of 57.45 seconds in the 400 meters at the Penn 10-Team Select on Saturday. The rookie finished third in the event. Lucas also holds the sixth best 200 meter time (26.23) in the NEC as well.
