Vargo claimed her first NEC Rookie of the Week honor following her oustanding performance for the Terriers this past week. The freshman posted 7.0 assists per set in a split. Vargo's 50 assists in nailbiting 3-2 win over CCSU was the fourth-highest total in an NEC match this season. It marked the first time since 2015 that the Terriers defeated the Blue Devils.
