Rafter receives a fourth NEC Athlete of the Week award after her first place finish in the varsity 3K at Central's Mini Meet this past week. Out of 89 harriers the 2x NEC individual champion and last season's NEC runner-up pulled off the win clocking a time of 9:30.8. She was named USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week.
