Arribas extended his point-scoring streak to four games in a row while helping Fairleigh Dickinson continue its climb up the Northeast Conference standings. The veteran forward, who missed the 2020-21 spring season due to injury, made key plays during the second half of both NEC matches last week. Leading the Knights to two results, Arribas recorded three second-half points against Central Connecticut and LIU. With FDU facing a 3-2 deficit at CCSU, Arribas assisted on the equalizer in the 85th minute when Hugo Bacharach headed home a free kick. The senior logged 63:00 in the eventual 3-3 draw, taking three shots in the offensive end. Arribas started Fairleigh Dickinson’s home fixture against first-place LIU. Helping hand the Sharks their first NEC loss, FDU’s Spanish-born forward scored his seventh goal of the season, an insurance tally, in the 58th minute of a 2-0 triumph.
