Receiving her third Athlete of the Week honor of the season, the 2x NEC individual champion and last season's NEC runner-up finished first for the Blue Devils on the women's side at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championships this past Saturday. Rafter finished 5th out of 155 harriers in the women's 5k with a time of 17:42.2.
