Hernandez led the Red Flash offense to a 6-0 week which boasted a four-game shutout sweep of conference-rival Wagner. She led the team in batting average (.444), hits (8), runs batted in(10), and total bases (12) with a .667 slugging percentage. Hernandez combined for four runs batted in off two runs and a double against Wagner. Against Akron, the rookie batted in three runs and registered her first collegiate home run in the 10-3 win. Hernandez tallied at least one hit or RBI in each of the six games this past week. Hernandez leads SFU in runs batted in (23). She leads her team's rookies in batting average (.362), hits (21), doubles (4), total bases (28), slugging percentage (.483) and on-base percentage (.409).
