Kuzina took home a second straight NEC Player of the Week award after lifting her #1 singles record to 5-0 this spring with a pair of dominant road wins. She downed All-NEC first teamer Ada Boru of Bryant, 6-3, 6-1, on Saturday, then defeated Merrimack's Kristina Calistro, 6-1, 6-3, to close out the weekend. Kuzina has won all five of her matches in straight sets and has the Sharks sitting pretty at 5-0 in NEC play after knocking off the Bulldogs (5-2) and Warriors (6-1). The Moscow native is also 4-1 at #1 doubles paired up with Valentina Dancenco.
