Davis scored the golden goal in overtime to cap a two-goal, one-assist outing as Mount St. Mary's picked up its first win of the season with a 3-2 home triumph over Sacred Heart. Trailing 1-0 in the 65th minute, he sent a gorgeous, bending free kick into the box that Gavin Watt headed home to level the score. After SHU netted the go-ahead goal four minutes later, Davis struck in the 76th minute, converting a penalty to kick to even things up at two apiece. Following a handball in the box with 45 seconds remaining in the first extra session, Davis stepped to the spot and calmly drilled the game-winner. The Bowie, MD product leads the Mount with three goals and seven points on the year.
